Broadland District Council has extended the deadline for local groups to apply for Community Grants of up to £300.
The grants can be spent on a range of things from venue hire, to promotional materials, transport or extra facilities and community groups now have until October 31 to apply.
Fran Whymark, portfolio holder for housing and wellbeing, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer this additional help to the wide range of community groups across Broadland. These grants are a fantastic opportunity for the council to support the invaluable work that these groups do across the district.”
From football teams to support groups, the grants are open to any community group in Broadland to fund activities that benefit residents in the local area.
